Alinity is mentioned in the complaint against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed the lawsuit against Twitch and sought damages in the amount of $25 million. He claimed that the platform exposed him explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. According to court records from Dexerto Estavillo, who previously filed lawsuits against Microsoft and Sony in addition to Nintendo and Blizzard, filed the lawsuit on June 15, and Twitch received an official summons later that day. Estavillo is, as stated in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed has a range of medical issues that require the user to solely rely on internet for entertainment. Also, he has an obsessive-compulsive disorder as well as a sexual addiction. According to the suit, Twitch makes these issues more severe. The complaint then outlined a number of female Twitch streamers, claiming that they "continue to expose viewers to sexually addictive material and content daily on a regular and regular schedule." Alinity was not listed. The complaint seeks relief, the company wants to ban forever all streamers who violated Twitch Terms of Service. $25 million in compensation is demanded, "to be divided between plaintiffs and other Twitch primary Turbo subscribers" with the remainder being donated to charity.
