In 2018, she left the contest and started participating in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina TKO'd Nievera with her striking skills that were superior at the end of the fight with knees placed on her body. Following this victory, Antonina received a UFC contract. Antonina received the UFC contract after her win. Shevchenko won the fight by unanimous decision, but she was defeated in her subsequent fight with Roxanne Modafferi in a split decision. Antonina recovered from this defeat by beating Lucie Pudilova in the UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler via a rear-naked choke submission. The result earned her the prize of fight-of-the-night. Shevchenko had a 1-2 record in her next 3 fights. She beat Ariane Lipski and lost to Katlyn Chokagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina is currently being defeated by Casey O'Neill in UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
