Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rap musician who is known for his unique style. Baker was born to a English Scottish German family in Houston, Texas U.S.A. On April 22 the 22nd of April, 1991. His parents are missionaries. In his early years, he traveled extensively with them. James Colson Baker, his father, was depressed and was unemployed. The mother of his son Sonia Alane had left him at the age of nine. Baker and his father relocated to Denver, where they lived in the home of his dad's aunt. Other kids in the area were bullies Baker due to his indigence. In sixth grade, Baker began to listen to hip-hop. Colson Kelly was born as Machine Gun Kelly on April 22, 1989, in Texas. With his music, he is famous for mixing modern hip-hop styles and rock. Baker had released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010 before signing with Bad Boy Records. With lyrics that were faster than a bullet train and a soaring voice, the Cleveland rapper experienced a swift climb to fame in the year. His career changed from self-released tapes to the signing of labels. From there his career skyrocketed with each of his albums ranking among the top 10.
